Office Cleaner

Maple City Building Services is a commercial cleaning company serving northern Indiana. We are seeking a part-time sales representative.
Responsibilities of the Job:
Employee will be responsible for traveling to jobs, cleaning customers facility, and reporting hours worked as well as inform management when supplies are low.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Must pass a background check
• 21 years of age or older
• Have good communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
Compensation:
$9.00 an hour
Sales Representative
Description:
Maple City Building Services is a commercial cleaning company serving northern Indiana. We are seeking a part-time sales representative.
Responsibilities of the Job:
Employee will be responsible for making sales calls to companies (cold calling), visiting with prospective clients, and filling quick reports on each call/visit. Employee will setup appointments for estimates of job and provide the estimate to protective client and close the deal.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
• Must pass a background check
• 1 year or more of demonstrated success in sales
• 21 years of age or older
• Have good communication skills
• Experience in business sales
• Have reliable transportation
Additional Information:
All tools needed to complete the job will be provided, included use of a take laptop. Upon demonstrating success in sales with our company pay increases are possible. Applicant should be able to work 20 hours per week. Schedule is flexible but all work must be done between 10am-4pm Monday-Friday.
Compensation:
$10.00 an hour + 2.5% of 1 year sales
