No.  Unlike most other contractors, our contract is monthly.  That means if you wish to cancel, you simply need to give 30 days notice.  We are confident that we don’t need a long-term contract to retain our clients, as we offer top-notch service.

Do you offer additional services?

Yes.  We offer many additional services for our clients.  In addition to standard janitorial services, we offer floor care services, such as: striping and waxing floors, buffing floors, and carpet cleaning.

What do I need to supply?

Maple City Building Services supplies all labor, cleaning chemicals, and equipment needed.  You will need to provide any supplies you wish to have us to restock, such as: hand soap, toilet paper, etc.
